1. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
2. IS AN ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No. You can place an order as a guest, but you can enjoy certain benefits when you have an account with us:

3. IS MY ONLINE PURCHASE SAFE?
When you make an online purchase using your credit card, all of your information is entered on a web page secured with SSL. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
4. ARE THERE EXCHANGE RATES?
All transactions are made in U.S. dollars. If your credit card is denominated in a different currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate in effect on the day the transaction is processed by your card issuer.
5. WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped.
7. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
Most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are typically dispatched within 5-7 business days and delivered within 10-20 business days from the dispatch date. However, certain circumstances may delay shipping or delivery:

8. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We know you can't wait to receive your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking link. You can also track the status of your shipment on 17track.net .
